Damages and Charges
- A fee of $25.00 is
charged in place of a $500.00 Damage Deposit. However, guests have the
option of paying a $500.00 refundable Damage Deposit, and the $25.00 fee
will be waived. Guests are required to report any and all damage and may
be held liable for any damages in excess of $500.00 or any damages in any
amount which are unreported and are discovered upon inspection or at any
time after the guest checks out and prior to another guest checking
in. Accordingly, the renter
hereby authorizes Mixon Properties Resort Rentals to charge the credit
card for the cost of such repairs, replacement, services, telephone
charges or extra cleaning for all unreported damage, breakage and/or loss
incurred during his/her stay or any and all damages in excess of $500.00,
even if reported. In the event of damage to the premises, its equipment,
furniture, or carpeting, the renter shall be responsible for damage costs,
including collection costs and attorney’s fees. Documentation detailing
damages and charges will be provided to the guest.
Mixon Properties Resort Rentals will charge the guest's credit card for the cost of such repairs, replacement, services, telephone charges or extra cleaning for all unreported damage, breakage and/or loss incurred during his/her stay or any and all damages in excess of $500.00, even if reported.
In the event of damage (as delineated above) to the premises, its equipment, furniture, or carpeting, the guest shall be responsible for damage costs, including collection costs and attorney’s fees.
Documentation detailing damages and charges will be provided to the guest.
