Check-In / Check-Out
- Upon receipt of your reservation, either on-line or by telephone, a confirmation letter including Check-In instructions will be sent to the renter, either by email, facsimile or standard post.
- Check-In is 3:00PM Central Time. If you anticipate arriving earlier than 3:00PM Central Time, your request for early check-in must be made at least 24 hours in advance of arrival. Providing your rental property is available for early check-in we will make every effort to honor your request.
- Check-Out is 10:00 AM. No exceptions! Renter and Renter’s entire party must vacate the property no later than 10:00 AM. Renter must follow the check-out instructions provided in the check-in “Welcome Package”. This includes completing and signing the inventory and inspection damage report provided.
- All properties are cleaned upon your departure and the cost is included in your rental fee. In the event of excessive or abusive conditions which require extraordinary cleaning, you will be charged an additional fee at the rate of $50 per hour.
